Auking’s legal advisors were notified earlier this afternoon by the lawyers for Mr Pavle Tomasevic that they have withdrawn the previous s203D and s249D Notices issued under the Corporations Act. They also noted that further notices will be issued to AuKing shortly. The Company will consider the new Notices and will comply with its obligations under the Corporations Act.
