The securities have been issued in relation to • 40,000,000 in relation to the acquisition of Green Exploration Limited, and • 5,191,584 in relation to the exercise of December 2026 $0.006 options (AKNO). Appendix 2A forms detailing the issue of the new securities were lodged with the ASX on 13 October 2026. The ordinary shares are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange. The shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001. The Company is providing this notice under paragraph 5(e) of section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001. The Company, as a disclosing entity, has at the date of this notice, complied with: (a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001 as they apply to the Company; and (b) Sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act 2001. As at the date of this announcement, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act 2001, save and except that the Company is now in regular receipt of assay results from the initial drilling at Tundulu. With several thousand samples still to be processed and assayed, this will likely be the case for the next 2-3 months. Upon receipt of the assay results from the Intertek laboratory, AuKing (in conjunction with the Competent Person) collate and interpret all of the data and prepare reports in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
