60m and 12m @ 8.54% HREE+Y/ TREO from 68m.
• AuKing entered into an agreement to acquire the Machinga Heavy Rare Earths Project in south-
eastern Malawi, located 40km east of Lindian Resources’ Kangankunde Project. Machinga
comprises a 200.4km² area across two exploration licences within an emerging rare earths
district. Historical drilling results indicate exceptional heavy rare earth enrichment, with an
average HREO content of approximately 28–30%, comparable to or exceeding many ionic clay
deposits, while delivering hard-rock grades of approximately 0.6–1.4% TREO, more than 10
times higher than the typical ~0.05–0.08% TREO grades mined from ionic clay deposits3
.
• AuKing secured an agreement with GBA Capital Pty Ltd (GBA) to fully underwrite the exercise of
the Company’s unlisted options, exercisable at $0.03 each and expiring at 5.00pm (AEST) on 30

• Qeqertaasaq’s shallow historical niobium grades compare favourably with those mined
at Canada’s established underground Niobec operation, which is responsible for
approximately 7–8% of global niobium consumption and hosts mineralised envelopes
averaging 0.37-0.42% Nb₂O₅5
, highlighting the potential for a significant near-surface niobium
system to be evaluated through modern exploration and development studies.
• On 13 October 2026, AuKing completed the acquisition of all shares in Green Exploration
Limited, the holder of various exploration licences in Malawi, including the Machinga Heavy
Rare Earths Project.
AuKing Mining Limited (ASX: AKN) (“AuKing” or “the Company”) is pleased to report its Quarterly
Activities and Financial Report for the quarter ending 30 September 2026. A summary of the
project-related and corporate activities undertaken during the September Quarter is set out below.
Project Activities
Tundulu(Rare Earths) Project, Malawi– 100%
On 17 April 2026, AuKing announced the acquisition of the Tundulu Rare Earths Project in south-
eastern Malawi. Tundulu is a district-scale intrusive carbonatite complex ranking among the
largest and most underexplored rare earth systems in the country.
AuKing commenced its proposed 15,000m combined reverse circulation (RC) and diamond drilling
program in late May 2026. By the end of the September Quarter, more than 5,000m of drilling had
been completed, with initial assay results received and reported.

Tundulu DrillingResults:
The results reported by AuKing to date have demonstrated wide intervals of high-grade TREO
mineralisation across the primary Nathace Hill target area. Other key features of the initial results
include:
• Assay grades are generally higher than historically reported results;
• Evidence of high levels of heavy rare earth enrichment in several Tundulu holes;
• Step-out drilling beyond the primary target zone continues to intersect significant TREO
mineralisation, expanding the overall mineralised footprint at Tundulu; and
• Observed carbonatite lithology indicates the potential for rare earths mineralisation to
continue to significant depths, subject to confirmation from pending assays results.

(a) InitialResults
Auking announced its initial assay results from the Tundulu drilling on 14 September 2026.
Exceptional high-grade REE mineralisation was reported as highlighted by the following:
26NH005 - 91m @ 1.51% TREO from 40m
AuKingMining Limited P 07 3535 1208 W www.aukingmining.com
Including 43m @ 2.00% TREO from 77m
Including 15m @ 3.40% TREO from 90m
26NH029 - 80m @ 1.54% TREO from surface
Including 30m @ 2.00% TREO from surface
Including 11m @ 4.33% TREO from 2m
Including 26m @ 2.03% TREO from 53m
Including 12m @ 2.74% TREO from 56m
26NH004 - 20m @ 2.06% TREO from 113m
Including 12m @ 3.24% TREO from 113m
And 10m @ 2.86% TREO from 84m
Drill hole 26NH014 was specifically designed as a step-out hole, located further from the primary
Nathace Hill target area and drilled away from the target to test a southern magnetic low identified
during the airborne survey conducted in May. Several intervals of TREO mineralisation were
intersected within the magnetic anomaly, providing further support for the broader extent of the
mineralised system at Nathace Hill.
Assay results from the first three holes also identified a notable heavy rare earth component, with
discrete intervals containing elevated HREE+Y grades and HREE+Y representing up to
approximately 8% of TREO within mineralised zones. Importantly, elevated HREE+Y grades show a
strong association of P₂O₅ across all three holes, consistent with the documented occurrence of
HREE-bearing apatite at Tundulu.
In particular, drill holes 26NH005 and 26NH029 returned HREE+Y/ TREO of 2.92% over 91m and
4.53% HREE+Y/ TREO over 80m, respectively, including the following substantial intervals:
26NH005 - 8m @ 16.09% HREE+Y/ TREO from 68m
7m @ 12.75% HREE+Y/ TREO from 80m and
6m @ 8.88% HREE+Y/ TREO from 120m
26NH029 - 42m @ 11.46% HREE+Y/TREO from 13m
4m @ 9.45% HREE+Y/ TREO from 60m and
12m @ 8.54% HREE+Y/ TREO from 68m
(b) Western Flank Step-outDrillingDelivers OutstandingTREOIntersections
On 21 September AuKing reported assays from the next batch of five Tundulu drill holes and again
exceptional high-grade REE mineralisation has been identified as highlighted by the following:
26NH011 - 72m @ 1.51% TREO from surface
Including 50m @ 2.03% TREO from surface
AuKingMining Limited P 07 3535 1208 W www.aukingmining.com
Including 20m @ 4.26% TREO from surface
26NH002 - 22m @ 1.50% TREO from surface
Including 8m @ 3.39% TREO from 2m
Including 8m @ 2.09% TREO from 32m
Hole 26NH011 delivered extensive rare earth mineralisation from surface, with substantially
higher-grade mineralisation identified within the upper portion of the hole. The continuity of
mineralisation over this length, together with the strong near-surface grades, provides further
evidence of a well-developed REE system at Nathace Hill and importantly demonstrates that
significant mineralisation is not confined to recently received assay results from the initially drilled
southern area of Nathace Hill.
Holes 26NH002 and 26NH003 returned further significant TREO mineralisation along the western
flank of Nathace Hill, with 26NH002 intersecting strong mineralisation from surface and 26NH003
intersecting significant mineralisation at greater depth. Together, these results demonstrate the
presence of strong REE mineralisation at varying depths across the western part of Nathace Hill,
providing further support for the continuity and scale of the broader mineralised system.
(c) Multiple Compelling Further High-Grade TREO Results from Nathace Hill
Auking reported on 9 October 2026 AuKing further assays from the next batch of Tundulu drill holes
and again exceptional high-grade REE mineralisation was identified as highlighted by the following:
26NH001 - 59m @ 1.51% TREO from 13m
Including 24m @ 2.02% TREO from 49m
Including 17m @ 2.46% TREO from 50m
Including 5m @ 2.96% TREO from 55m
26NH006 - 47m @ 1.50% TREO from 26m
Including 14m @ 2.00% TREO from 40m
Including 6m @ 3.03% TREO from 40m
And 9m @ 1.53% TREO from 128m
Including 4m @ 3.33% TREO from 128m
Drill holes 26NH006 and 26NH027 are among the closest holes drilled to the interpreted
carbonatite zone to date. The significant high-grade mineralisation intersected in 26NH006,
together with broad and continuous mineralisation encountered from surface in 26NH027,
confirms that the Nathace Hill system remains well developed in this area and strengthens
evidence of its continuation towards the core of the large carbonatite.
Drill hole 26NH001 further confirms the presence of high-grade, near surface rare earth
mineralisation on the western flank of Nathace Hill. Combined with exceptional intersections
reported for this prospective zone on 21 September 2026, these latest assays provide compelling
Page 7 of 12
AuKingMining Limited P 07 3535 1208 W www.aukingmining.com
support for increased exploration activity across the western flank, which is emerging as a
significant priority for further drilling and evaluation.
Step-outdrillingin 26NH030 and 26NH009 at south-westNathace Hill has revealedhigh-grade rare
earth mineralisation beyond the previously interpreted carbonatite footprint. These results
indicate that the mineralised system may extend farther laterally than previously recognised and
provide a strong basis for expanded exploration across this underexplored area.
(d) Deep Drilling Results from Nathace Hill
The exceptional assay results received from the initial RC drillholes have provided further support
for the scale and significance of the mineralised system at Nathace Hill. In addition, AuKing’s first
two diamond drill holes, as announced on 17 August and 1 September 2026, both intersected
carbonatite lithologies through to end-of-hole, with the first hole extending to 510.6m and the
second to 400.4m.
Taken together, the initial assay results and continuation of carbonatite lithologies at depth have
strengthened the Company’s geological interpretation of a substantial mineralised system at
Tundulu. As a result, the AuKing Board has approved planning for a major diamond drill hole
targeting a depth of approximately 1,000m (as part of the current budgeted program) to test the
system at significantly greater depth.
Future Assays
As at the end of the end of the Quarter, a total of 2,242 samples had been assayed, with a further
2,047 samples awaiting assays at Intertek’s laboratory in Perth. In addition, more than 1,300m of
diamond drill core samples are awaiting Malawi export permits before being prepared for assay.
AuKing expects to report a steady flow of assay results over the coming months.
Greenland Niobium Project – 75% Earn-in Agreement
On 13 October 2026, AuKing announced details of its proposed acquisition, through an earn-in
agreement, of up to a 75% interest in the Qeqertaasaq Project in western Greenland. The project
comprises an exploration licence encompassing a substantial 3km x 5km carbonatite complex,
